You can join a group of people who help you change.

How does it work?

The community is split into two groups: You (click here to join) and Exec (click here to join).

These groups help you change by providing you with mutually beneficial relationships.

These mutually beneficial relationships incentivize cooperation among people in the group.

What is a mutually beneficial relationship and transaction?

A mutually beneficial relationship is a relationship between two people where both benefit.

A mutually beneficial relationship is NOT a relationship between two people where

• One person benefits, but the other person does not.
• One person benefits at the expense of the other person.

Here is an example of a mutually beneficial relationship, which is colloquially called a "job".

• Person A needs money
• Person B needs money.
• Person A gives money to Person B.
• Person B uses less money than Person A gave them to make money for both Person A and Person B.
• Both Person A and Person B have benefited monetarily from this relationship.

How does "You" (Group) Work?

The "You" community gets you what you want with the tools, logic, and resources you have.

What is the difference between this group and social media?

Here is the difference between "You" and social media.

• Verification
  • "You" community profiles emphasize what a person has and can prove so you act on information relevant to your situation.
  • Social media profiles emphasize either a personal brand or anonymity over proof of work which makes you act on false or misleading information.
• Advisors
  • "You" advisors have published profiles and objectives so you can validate whether their actions are aligned with yours.
  • Social Media profiles are not designed to prove advice and serve an unclear intent of the account owner.

How does "You" work?

Here is how this group works.

1. Sign in or Sign Up to Discord.
2. Join the "SwitchUpCB Community | You" community at https://switchupcb.com/community/you.
3. Verify yourself in the "SwitchUpCB Community | You" server.
4. Submit your profile to gain access to objectives.
5. Submit your objectives to receive help changing.

How does "Exec" (Group) Work?

The "Exec" community helps you change with SwitchUpCB tools, p1 logic (coming soon), and five urges resources (coming soon).

You must have a SwitchUpCB Membership to join the Exec server hosted on SwitchUpCB: Coming Soon.

You also receive tools (e.g., workspace and subscriptions) and resources (e.g., courses) with a SwitchUpCB Membership to help you execute your objectives faster.

What is the difference between "You" and "Exec" (Groups)?

Here is the difference between each group.

• Membership
  • Exec requires a SwitchUpCB membership to participate.
  • You is free to participate.
• Verification
  • Exec members are verifiable people — by payment from a financial institution — who extend your virtual community into the physical world.
  • You members are accounts of people who have passed Discord verification, Captcha verification, and submit a human-readable profile and objective to the community.
• Advisors
  • Exec advisors have access to the same tools and informational resources as you and recommend solutions you can execute.
  • You advisors may recommend solutions you cannot execute.
• Help
  • Exec submissions are guaranteed a response.
  • You submissions are responded to on a volunteer basis.
